In accordance with Decree 113/2015 , the law that regulates vacation rentals in the Canary Islands, the Government recognizes as tourist homes: the homes, which furnished and equipped in conditions of immediate use and meeting the requirements set forth in these Regulations, are marketed or Promoted in channels of tourist offer, to be transferred temporarily and entirely to third parties, on a regular basis, for the purpose of holiday accommodation and in exchange for a price.
